Because Safety Matters...

You and Your Family Deserve Bullseye Auto Glass

A vehicle's windshield provides a significant amount of strength to the structural support in the cabin of the vehicle. For instance, in a front-end collision the windshield provides up to 45% of the structural integrity of the cabin of the vehicle, and in a rollover up to 60%*.
Think about that for just a moment. How would you like for over half of the force of a collision to be absorbed by you and your family because your windshield flew out in an accident? Unfortunately, this happens more times than most of us are aware.
What does this mean to you?
Proper windshield installation has now become, quite literally, a matter of life or death.

1. the molding and lower windshield cowl panel should be removed and then the glass is cut out;

2. the previous urethane adhesive is removed leaving no more than 1/16" of the original urethane bed;

3. scratches on the channel area should be primed to inhibit rust;

4. an appropriate urethane adhesive should then be applied to the replacement windshield (free of any body oil or other contaminates) and the windshield installed;

Depending on the type of urethane used, cure times can range from 1 to 8 hours
